Blue Oaks Performing Arts program invites students to cultivate their creativity while discovering why the arts matter to the heart of God.

Art education is essential within the life of the Church because it teaches us to see the world through eyes awakened to beauty, wonder, and meaning. Every act of creativity reflects something of our Creator, drawing us closer to the ultimate Artist, God Himself. As students learn to create, they also learn to worship. Through painting, music, theater, dance, photo, and design, they discover that art is more than self-expression; it is an act of praise. It teaches us to slow down, to notice the fingerprints of God in His creation, and to respond with imagination, gratitude, and joy. In doing so, students not only develop artistic skill but also learn to reflect the beauty, truth, and goodness of the One in whose image they were made.
